Please be advised that the 2018 AGM will be held at the Club on Thursday 29th November commencing at 8.00pm. Please find attached the Agenda for this meeting.
The AGM is one of the most important events of the year. It discusses and decides the fundamentals for the 2019 cricket season. Anything from nominating captains, committee members, playing requirements, the pitches/clubhouse, finances and memberships to name just a few items. This meeting allows members to voice their praise, views or opinions on how our club is run. Come to the AGM let’s hear your opinions and make a difference to this great club.
This year please come down have a beer and take a look at the New Changing Room Facility plus look at our plans for this winter’s internal works. The club has a very exciting opportunity to be the SURREY SHOWCASE cricketforce club, we will however need the full support of the membership and full details of this opportunity will be discussed at the AGM.
Should you wish to nominate a club member for ANY of the offices, whether the incumbent officer has expressed a wish to stand for re-election or not, please firstly ascertain the individual’s willingness to stand, and then send a nomination, duly seconded, to Andy Savage by Thursday 22nd November.
