Attached is the Agenda, Committee Report plus Accounts/Treasurers Report for 2020. If you have any queries regarding these reports either let us know prior to the AGM or you can let us know on the evening.
We are planning to refresh & restart the colts section in April/May 2021 and we will update everyone on this at the AGM. Anyone interested in being involved with the Colts setup please let us know, we will need a number of volunteers to assist with the admin and supporting the coaches. Similarly should anyone want to be co-opted onto the committee please let us know, we are particularly looking for someone to take control of the social media and advertising for the club so if anyone is interested please contact me.
Prior to the AGM we need to make a decision as a club whether we enter the Surrey Slam 20/20 Midweek Competition in 2021. The competition will have a two-tier competition in 2021 with clubs deciding which level of competition to enter. We would need an individual/s to take on the role of managing the team/captaining, we have until 14th February to make a decision on entry.
Should anyone wish to nominate a club member for ANY of the Captain’s Positions or Club offices, please firstly ascertain the individual’s willingness to stand, and then send a nomination, duly seconded, to me by Monday 15th February. Preferably nominations should be sent via e-mail to [email protected]
Kind Regards
Andy Savage
